Requirements:
1- At least 1 year of professional teaching experience
2- A recognized teaching certificate (CELTA/TKT) is preferable.
3- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
– Preparing and planning for the effective teaching of ESL learners.
– Establishing good rapport with learners.
– Demonstrating professional competence in the classroom.
– Achieving lesson aims.
– Providing learners with materials, resources and technical aids to
enhance the learning process.
– Providing learners with appropriate feedback on tasks, activities and
exams.
– Being aware of teaching strengths and weaknesses in different teaching
